This year Oving has put together its own team, the Oving Otters, to participate in this lively event at Chichester Canal Basin, the Rotary Dragon Boat Challenge.
The Oving Otters
The Oving Otters are the first community team to enter this event in support of Cancerwise and the Chichester Rotary Club charities.
In turn, we’re hoping the Oving Parish community will come out in force to help cheer on The Oving Otters on the day or by donating here.
Keep an eye out for the team mascot Oscar the Otter who will be around and about rallying support. He was made by the parish clerk Sophie Martins as an entry for the Oving Scarecrow Day competition.
