Welbeck LogoWelbeck Strategic Land would like the community’s views on our proposals for a spacious development of up to 100 new homes before we submit a planning application, probably this spring.

Our 6.2 hectare site sits immediately to the east of the A27 Chichester Bypass and south of Oving Road.

This is a sustainable location for new homes, adjacent to existing and planned homes on the eastern edge of the city of Chichester. It is a location where new homes can take advantage of new infrastructure planned for the district’s east-west corridor.

To view our proposals, discuss them with the design team and give your views, please visit our public exhibition. If you are unable to attend, then we will be able to send you information and a questionnaire by post or by email from Monday 18 April.
