Please be aware that the Union flag at the Jubilee Hall is currently at half-mast following the sad news yesterday.
This will be raised to full-mast at 11am on Saturday 10th September in preparation for national proclamations.
The High Sheriff of West Sussex will read the local proclamation at 13:00 on the steps of County Hall, Chichester.
The Union flag will return to half-mast at 13:30, after the County proclamation.
